Have you ever questioned your thoughts?
What I mean is do you question the beliefs you believe about yourself?
Now think, where did those beliefs come from?
Iโve never had the โthoughtโ to question my โthoughtsโ.
It was only when I started to question my personal limiting beliefs was when my world opened up to me.
I realized that my thoughts were planted in a foundation of โlies.โ These lies sounded good, but really had no merit and were keeping me in my comfort zone.
Honestly, you canโt even trust yourself.
This graph below showcases how our thought pattern deceptively allows us to lie to ourselves even when facing the truth.
Let me break it down:
Believed Lie: A backward lie we as humans believe. Could be a lie given to us, or one we pick up along our journey in life.
Take Action: We then take action or stop ourselves from taking action on the believed lie.
Apply to Life: This is where we gather evidence to support the action or lack of action weโve taken.
(We then REPEAT and continue this vicious loop.)
Over and Over and get our results.
A way to BURST the feedback loop lie youโve been experience is to journal and spot the continued thought patterns.
Once, you have spotted the thought pattern you can then do an even deeper investigation into how the lie was started.
