Hey Friend,
The entrepreneur world is swamped with "Gurus" preaching the gospel of "work harder."
Not seeing results? Work harder.
Bills stacking up? Work harder.
Wife left? Bet you didn't notice, too busy working hard, right?
These gurus peddle a lifestyle, an ethosβnot to enrich your life, but to enrich themselves. They're after your wallet, selling speeches, books, courses, NFTs, or the latest get-rich-quick scheme.
Enter Royce Du Pont, a hilarious parody of these very gurus.
Royce takes it to the extreme in his sketches, advising you to pull a gun on clients who hesitate on dealsβto show your unwavering commitment, of course.
One of his spoofs hit me with its absurdity yet undeniable truth. Royce claims the average size in his office is 8.5 inchesβway above the national average (5.5 inches) βbecause he only hires the best.
Those willing to go the extra mile (or inch) for success.
It's ludicrous but makes you wonderβare you really pushing your limits, or just surviving?
Do your goals reflect ambition, or are they cushioned to avoid disappointment?
How committed are you to growth? Maybe it's time for those gas station pills.
Your pal,
Jordan "Big D**k" Baylor
